Our Story

Born from struggle,
built on hope

Our founder, Godwin Naturinda, grew up as an orphan in Kanungu District. After losing both parents at the age of ten, he was taken in by his grandmother — who was herself incapacitated and unable to provide for his education.


Rather than give up, Godwin enrolled in school without fees and turned to manual work on construction sites — together with a little help from his elder brother — to earn what they could. That determination carried him through secondary school and on to a Bachelor's Degree in Tourism from Makerere University. In 2024, he founded the Deluxe Hope Foundation with one mission: ensure no child in Kanungu faces the same barrier.

We pay tuition directly to partner schools on behalf of enrolled children, ensuring they are never sent home mid-term for non-payment.

Scholastic Materials

Exercise books, pens, rulers, geometry sets, and school bags — the basic tools every child needs to engage meaningfully in class.

Child Sponsorship

Donors sponsor an individual child for one academic year, receiving progress reports and personal letters from the child they support.

We partner with government schools to build and rehabilitate classrooms, latrines, and clean water points, creating safe learning environments.
